SHIPPING POLICY – Archivo Poster Studio

1. Shipping areas
We ship to Spain and Europe.

2. Order preparation
Orders are prepared within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. Estimated delivery times
Once the order has been prepared, the estimated delivery time is up to 5 working days.

Note: during special campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, sales), delivery times may be extended due to high demand.

4. Carrier
Delivery will be made via a carrier selected according to destination and operational requirements (e.g. Correos/Correos Express, SEUR, DHL or another equivalent).
Where possible, we will provide a tracking number for your parcel.

5. Delivery costs

Spain (Mainland): Free delivery

Europe: €9.90

6. Issues / Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address or repeated absence, we may request payment for a new delivery.

7. Products damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@archivoposterstudio.com&nbsp within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the packaging and the product so that we can resolve the issue.
